How to Use DrizzleX Properties Managament App?

General Screens

1. Company-Wide Tabs Screen


You will initially arrive at this screen upon logging in to your account. It features:

  1. Your company’s logo (if you have provided it to us) at the top of the screen, in the center. If we do not yet have your logo, the reserved space is represented by a rectangle.
  2. Four Tabs: Properties, Alert, Overview and Charts. The "Properties" tab is automatically selected for you. Click on any tab to navigate to the screen with that specific company-wide content. There is no home screen. User is always in one tab or another.




1.1. Properties Screen


Each of your company’s properties that is set up with DrizzleX is listed.




1.2. Alert Screen


If any alerts are open for your company, the total number will appear in a red circle on the “Alert” tab.

Clicking on the “Alert” tab will bring you to a screen that lists all open alerts for your company (displayed in red). Clicking on a particular alert in that list opens a dialog box for that alert.




1.3. Overview Screen


Here you’ll find cards of information in DrizzleX’s system (for the selected period, live if current date included) about your company’s:

  • Total number of properties

  • Total number of units

  • Total number of tenants

  • Total number of gallons of water consumed

  • Gallons of water consumed per unit

  • Gallons of water consumed per tenant per day

  • Total number of micrometers

  • Total number of alerts remaining open




1.4. Charts Screen


The DrizzleX system automatically generates the following charts from your company-wide data (for specified period):

  1. Total gallons of water consumed per property – a bar graph with a bar for each of your DrizzleX-equipped properties

  2. Gallons of water used per tenant per day (PTPD) in each property – a bar graph; one bar for each property

  3. Relative water usage by type of fixture/appliance, company-wide – a pie chart.





Settings

How to Change Dates View settings?


  1. System wide dates are running 30 days by default
  2. Dates can be changed by changing setting
  3. Select “setting” in the top right corner
  4. Filter by number of days, selected month ordate range

Please Note: Bottom of all screens display dates selected





Units Management

Change the Number of Tenants in a Specific Unit


  1. To change number of tenant in a unit, select the unit and select edit tenants
  2. Insert correct number of tenants for the unit
  3. Click Submit




Units Overview and Micro Metering Screen


  1. Select a property in your home screen.

  2. Sub metering screen: List of all units (apartments) with their actual usage of water

  3. For each apartment listed: gallons used, number of micrometers in the unit, number of tenants as provided by property management

  4. Calculated amount of water per tenant per day (PTPD) with an associated traffic light color: Green = under 22 gallons PTPD. Yellow = under 35 PTPD. Red = over 35 PTPD




Discover Unusal Usage and Usage Patterns in Your Property


  1. After selecting the property, select the requierd unit you wish to investigate.
    We usually aim to discover unusual usage in the unit
  2. Click the unit line
  3. Data from all the sub meters in the apartment will be shown on your screen.
For your convenience, we added special indicators so you can navigate between units in the property with special status: Dot's color (gallons per tenant per day) and "open alerts" will assist you to decide where to navigate.




Get More Insights About the Water Usage in a Unit


  1. Once you selected the required unit, new list of tabs will apper in the upper part if your acreen.
  2. navigate between the tab and get extended data such as: Alerts, dashboard overview and charts




Charts for Selected Properties (Explenation of the charts)


List of all units and their consumption in the selected dates Gallons used PTPD. Red mark is optimal user used Distribution of water appliances





Selected Property Screens

1.2. Live Alerts Overview


This screen lists any open alerts for the selected property. Alerts are displayed in red.

Press on any alert for more information.




1.2.1. Get Information Regarding Alerts and Close Open Alerts


  1. Enter to alert screen under

  2. Select an alert that you wish to close

  3. Get the alert view on a new window

  4. Click close alert or return




1. Selected Property Screens


  1. From the list of properties in the company-wide “Properties” screen, select a property of interest by clicking anywhere on its line.
  2. The screen that opens displays the following four tabs below the “Properties” tab: Units, Alerts, Overview and Charts.

    The “Units” tab is initially selected automatically. Click any of the tabs to navigate to the screen with the information that you want to view for the property.

    Below the Units, Alerts, Overview and Charts tabs, the following appear:
  • Edit Tenants tab. Part IV explains how to edit tenants.
  • Property Address
  • Building Manage
  • To return to the company-wide properties list, simply click the "Properties" tab.




1.1. Units Screen


This screen (a/k/a the sub-metering screen) lists the DrizzleX-equipped units (apartments) in the selected property.

The following are provided for each listed unit:

  1. Number of open alerts, in red, if any
  2. Total amount of water used (in gallons)
  3. Number of micrometers
  4. Number of tenants (according to property management)
  5. Calculated number of gallons of water used per tenant per day (PTPD), preceded

by a corresponding traffic light color

(Key: Green = under 22; Yellow = under 35; Red = over 35 (gallons used PTPD)).

These indicators are provided for your convenience, to direct your attention to units with usual usage patterns that you may wish explore for further insight.




1.3. Overview Screen


Here you’ll find cards of the following information in DrizzleX’s system for the selected property (live if current date specified):

  • Total number of units

  • Total number of tenants

  • Total number of micrometers

  • Total number of gallons of water consumed

  • Gallons of water consumed per unit

  • Gallons of water consumed per tenant per day

  • Total number of alerts remaining open (shown in red)




1.4. Charts Screen


The following charts are automatically generated by the DrizzleX system, based upon the data collected for the selected property (for the specified period):

  1. Total gallons of water consumed, by unit – a bar graph with each unit in the selected property represented by a bar.

  2. Gallons of water used per tenant per day (PTPD), by unit – a bar graph; one bar for each unit in the selected property.The horizontal red line across this graph marks the upper limit of the optimal consumption range. It can direct you toward units with unusual water consumption that you may wish to explore in greater depth for further insight.


  3. Relative water usage by type of fixture/appliance, by the property as a whole – a pie chart.
